ENIL FREEDOM DRIVE 2026

The ENIL Freedom Drive is one of the key campaigns of the European Network on IndependentLiving (ENIL).

 

This year, it will be the 12th edition of the Freedom Drive, which started in 2003 in Strasbourg, at the initiative of the late Martin Naughton from Ireland.

 

We expect up to 300 disabled people and allies to gather together in Brussels, Belgium, for the loudest disability rights event on the European calendar. We invite all our members, Independent Living activists, allies, supporters and anyone who is interested in the right to live independently and being included in the community to join us. Let’s be strong, proud and visible together!
